Got nous has been committed to developing simple minds since it saw it was necessary. Founded by Mark a simple Aussie bloke, a contractor, teacher with a high degree of experience in educating people in having lives that work. Got nous has always used proven educational techniques to instruct adults who operate like children. Our methods guarantee a real wake up call!

Mark believes that if you are reading this your parents have failed miserably at raising competent stable adults, and although many teachers did an admirable job in the classroom, many people did not learn well in traditional institutions. Many children don't respond to the assembly line nature of most institutions. He believed that a persons strengths and natural ability needed to be the foundation of learning. Mark often warned against a "Cookie cutter" approach to educating people, however he does enjoy eating cookies. At Got nous Tutoring, your inner child is seen as an individual, and natural strengths are identified and built upon.

All of our teachers subscribe to the same philosophy. Our teachers are experienced and go through a rigorous screening process before joining our team. Currently Mark is the only one.

Our learning center is clean and quiet, offering an environment that makes it easy to focus. We strive to create a stress free environment by designing our learning center with comforting colors, comfortable furniture, and a comfortable climate. We make sure distractions are removed. Individualized attention ensures that your coach remains engaged. Being that all of our courses are offered online and by phone you of course are subject to your own environment.

Got nous Tutoring focuses on building confidence, motivation, focus, and problem solving skills. Teachers share successful strategies with students so they can succeed on their own. Our friendly, warm, and enthusiastic teachers create a safe and supportive atmosphere to deliver straight talk that can be perceived as a real kick in the arse!.
